Teaching
Teaching the Required Education Objectives (REO) for International Behaviour Analyst (IBA) as accredited by The International Behaviour Analysis Organization (The IBAO) and Coursework Sequence for Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) as accredited by the Qualified Behaviour Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA). Teaching sessions are offered based on regional or global time.
Offering requested, customized Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Learning Events approved by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB), The International Behaviour Analysis Organization (The IBAO), and the Qualified Behaviour Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA).
Leadership
The OBM Academy, is a social enterprise founded by Dr. Maria Relucio, who has many years of experience and training, in teaching and learning, in the disciplines of Philosophy, International Law (University of London, United Kingdom), Education (University of Toronto, Canada), Data Analytics, Behavioural Science and Organizational Behaviour & Performance Management (Florida Instititute of Technology, United States). She is accredited by APMG International (United Kingdom) as a trainer of Organizational Behaviour Management Foundations and had trainings with OBM Dynamics, in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Dr. Relucio is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) and International Behaviour Analyst (IBA). She is an ICAgile Certified Coach & Mentor. She is a member/observer of the United Nations (UN) Behavioural Science Working Group and has gained the World Health Organisation (WHO) Mental Health, Quality Rights and Human Rights certification as coach/trainer. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners (IEDP), a group of professionals who advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through research and advocacy in the United Kingdom, and a Certified Diversity Professional & Executive (CDP & CDE) trained and certified by the Institute for Diversity Certification/Society for Diversity in the United States. Dr. Relucio has demonstrated leadership excellence in leading efforts and initiatives in accessibility, accomodation and Social Justice, and is able to manage or oversee large scale and complex projects and initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
