Supporting People & Organizations across the globe through Behavioural Science, Data Analytics and Performance Management

Founded in 2020, The Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM) Academy is a social enterprise committed to using behavioural science, data analytics, and human-centric systems to help people and organizations thrive. We translate scientific theory into practical workplace solutions, partnering with professionals and leadership teams to improve organizational performance, elevate workplace culture, and foster sustainable, socially significant change.

At The OBM Academy, we bridge the gap between organizational science and real-world application. Grounded in Behavioural Science (understanding the "why" behind performance) and Data Analytics (measuring the "what" and "how" of progress), our programs, consulting, and fieldwork supervision empower organizations to transform the workplace into a source of positive reinforcement, equity, and continuous growth.

As an APMG International Accredited Training Organization, ACP (IBAO & QABA) and an approved CEU provider (BACB, IBAO, QABA), we deliver coursework and learning events in Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM), Agile Methodologies, and Evidence-Informed Decision Making.

We offer structured, specialized OBM supervision programs for aspiring Behaviour Analysts preparing for leadership and corporate consulting roles.
