The Organizational Behaviour Management Academy is an Approved Content Provider (ACP) for the International Behaviour Analyst (IBA) Required Educational Objectives (REO). BEH 101 is the Introduction Course that covers the following: (1) Historical and Foundational Learning about Behaviourism, Behavioural Definitions, Branches of Behaviourism, Science and the Dimensions of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA); (2) Environment and Stimuli, (3) Motivating Operations, (4) Conditioning, (5) Antecedent, (6) Behaviour and (7) Consequences. 
  • Synchronous Class Meetings 20 hours (10 weeks, 2 hours a week, every Tuesday from 8:00 - 10:00 PM EST, starting 4 April to 6 June 2023). *Click on the time for world converter. 

  • Asynchronous Recorded Classes: 20 hours (10 weeks, 2 hours a week, accessible from 3 April to 11 June 2023).

  • Weekly Formative Assessments and Individual Study: 18 hours (9 weeks, 2 hours a week, accessible from 3 April to 3 June 2023). 

  • Summative Assessment at the end of the course on Week 10 (between 5 to 13 June 2023): 3 hours.
