Online Supervision that covers sub-areas of OBM as a sub-speciality of ABA.
Monthly supervision fees are US$400. There are three months within the 12-week supervision program or cycle, totalling to US$1,200 for 3 months. When enrolling, you have the option to choose 'Pay Once' or the Installment Option at Checkout.
Depending on your country of origin or location, we also offer a sliding scale supervision fee for Individual Supervised Practice and Supervised Fieldwork to promote equity.

The OBM Academy’s Online 12-week Supervised Practice and Supervised Fieldwork accrues 3 months of supervision to satisfy Supervised Practice and Supervised Fieldwork Indirect Hours for Behaviour Analyst certification programs, covering the more than minimum 5% of practice and fieldwork supervised. It covers topics within the sub-areas of Organizational Behaviour Management as a sub-speciality of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), namely Performance Management of Employees, Behaviour-Based Safety for Employees and Staff, Behavioural Systems Analysis for Organizations, Values-based Consumer Behaviour Analysis for stakeholder engagement, Health and Wellness in the Workplace, Organizational Training and Development, and Leadership and Culture. Each sub-area is taken as weekly modules. Supervised practice and fieldwork are offered with weekly asynchronous lessons, synchronous or live consultations of one hour every week, and offline or email discussions. The OBM Academy’s 12-week Supervised Practice and Supervised Fieldwork are offered in three cycles per year: Winter, Spring and Fall.

The Organizational Behaviour Management Academy (The OBM Academy) offers Individual Supervised Practice for Fieldwork for aspiring Behaviour Analysts. The OBM ACADEMY Supervised Practice and Supervised Fieldwork Program focuses on the critical aspects of Organizational Behaviour and Performance Management suitable for Individuals and Professionals who will be taking or aim to take Leadership Roles (Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, Behaviour Consultants, Senior Therapists, Supervising Therapists, Performance Management roles) in a variety of settings (clinical, educational and organizational).
It is recommended that Supervisees have access to organizations, such as the places they work in or volunteer in, so that things learned can be applied as suitable. Supervisees should make the Organizations aware that, when relevant, the Supervisee will use the organizational information to apply the things learned or to use and share examples or situations or circumstances from organizations as appropriate in the discussion during live, synchronous meetings.
