The Programme is designed for aspiring Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), Qualified Behaviour Analysts (QBAs), and International Behaviour Analysts (IBAs). Our supervision structure is built on four key pillars to ensure you develop deep expertise and practical skills.
Build Fluency in Core Competencies
Gain mastery over the foundational knowledge required for certification. Our supervision ensures you become fluent in the task lists and educational objectives for your exams. A significant part of this pillar is learning how to apply the behaviour analytic tasks within OBM sub-specialties, including: Performance Management (PM), Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), Behavioural Systems Analysis (BSA), Training and Development & Leadership and Culture.
Master OBM Tools & Concepts
Specialized training in OBM through several key components: OBM Foundations Course is included in your supervision and prepares and qualifies you to sit for the APMG International (UK) certification exams, Monthly Asynchronous Modules to deepen your understanding of OBM sub-areas through dedicated monthly lessons and assignments and Practical Resources to get hands-on experience with toolkits, templates, and other resources for Performance Measurement.
Client-Focused Application & Feedback
Focus on translating theory into real-world practice. This pillar emphasizes: 1:1 Mentorship to engage in weekly, one-hour synchronous (live) meetings for personalized supervision, Client-focused discussion and use your 1:1 sessions to discuss specific client situations, implementation challenges, and ethical considerations and Direct Observation & Feedback to share your implementation work (through case examples or recorded videos) to receive direct, actionable feedback from your Supervisor.
Lead Special Projects with other Methods
Develop high-level skills by applying OBM principles to complex organizational challenges. You will be guided through special projects where you will: develop Performance Metrics & KPIs to learn to measure and analyze key performance indicators, make Data-Driven Decisions to utilize tools like the Performance Diagnostic Checklists (PDCs) and Improvement Plans to analyze and improve workplace performance and Integrate Methodologies to apply behavioural principles alongside concepts from other management practices like Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
Our structure is built on four key pillars to help you build fluency in core competencies, master OBM tools, engage in client-focused application and lead special projects.
The program covers critical OBM sub-areas such as Performance Management, Behaviour-Based Safety, Behavioural Systems Analysis, Health and Wellness in the Workplace, Organizational Training and Development and Leadership and Culture.
The supervision includes monthly asynchronous modules and 1:1 mentorship via weekly, one-hour synchronous (live) meetings for client-focused discussion and actionable feedback.
Supervisees should have access to organization(s) as client(s) to apply learned concepts, which can be discussed as appropriate during the live sessions.
The program also includes the OBM Foundations Course, preparing you for certification from APMG International (UK).
This 15-month program, which covers the required fieldwork hours to apply for certification examinations, has a monthly supervision fee of US$400.
